Eurotunnel employees have the option to pre-order products from the Staff shop.
By clicking on the register tab on the website and completing the registration form.

2. How does the pre-order service work?

Simply browse the website, fill out the registration form, select your favorite items and unique offers, add them to your cart, and checkout.

3. Do I need to register?

No, you don't need to register to browse our website and view product details. However, you must register before placing an order.

4. Can I change my registration information after finishing the registration process?

Yes, you can change your registration information after completing the registration procedure.

5. Why do I need to submit my badge number or staff ID?

The badge number is required for verification purposes.

6. Can I use this booking service for another Eurotunnel co-worker?

No, the respective buyer must place an individual order with a valid badge number.

1. Can I make a reservation in advance?

You can place your order ahead of time, and a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address when the goods are ready for delivery.

2. How many bookings can I make under a single Badge number?

Multiple reservations can be made.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before receiving an order confirmation email.

4. Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel an order even before you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Where can I track my orders?

You may track your order's progress by using the email addresses you provided during registration.

2. What should I do if I get the wrong product at the pre-book collection counter?

You'll get an order confirmation email. You may also view the order confirmation under the 'Ordered' section. You'll also get an order email.

8. Collection

1. Where can I pick up my products?

Your pre-ordered items will be packed and ready for pickup at the collection location (Staff Shop).

2. Can I change my order at the time of collection?

No, once the order confirmation email is received, the order cannot be amended.

3. Can someone else pick up my order?

No, the individual who placed the order must provide a valid badge for verification when collecting the goods.
