Le Marché Duty-Free, a subsidiary of Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited (MTRPL), offers a diverse selection of duty-free items at the Eurotunnel Calais Terminal. MTRPL is a joint venture formed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) and Flemingo Travel Retail Private Limited. This alliance aims to enhance the duty-free shopping experience in various locations, including airports and seaports.

Recently, MTRPL relaunched its retail division as "Ospree Duty-Free," with the tagline "Ospree Duty-Free, Shopping Spree."

This rebranding reflects the joint venture's goals to expand into the travel retail industry and improve the purchasing experience for passengers. Adani Airport Holdings holds a 74% share in MTRPL, highlighting the strategic importance of the duty-free operation within the Adani Group’s portfolio.

Since its establishment, the joint venture has experienced significant growth, driven by the increasing potential in travel retail. Le Marché Duty-Free began operations at the Eurotunnel Calais Terminal in March 2024, following a new agreement. This deal includes around 800 square meters of duty-free space within the Passenger Terminal building and approximately 98 square meters in the freight terminal, offering duty-free services to HGV drivers for the first time.

This expansion is a key milestone for Ospree, as it strengthens its presence in the European duty-free market.
